Salt is San Angelo’s most unique fine dining establishment.  The menu changes every week for our guests so they can experience the variety of Jay’s unique dishes every week.  The menu is a full five course meal starting with an amuse-bouche, appetizer, then onto your choice of soup or salad.  You will then have your selection of an entrée. For the finale, comes a stunning dessert of your choice.  All of this combined make for a very romantic, intimate evening.
